This project involved the comprehensive alteration and refurbishment of an existing office and warehouse building located at 100 Great Patrick Street, Belfast. The aimed to modernise and repurpose the building to create a high-quality facility comprising community-use spaces on the ground floor and office accommodation on the first floor.
The redevelopment included extensive internal demolition and structural alterations, the construction of a new two-storey front extension, significant building fabric upgrades, and a full internal fit-out, while carefully managing environmental and structural challenges on site.
