This project involves the construction of a new single-storey, multi-unit building located adjacent to the Peace IV Black Mountain Shared Space Project. The new facility will support and complement the surrounding shared space initiative by offering flexible, accessible units suitable for community, enterprise, or commercial use.
The building is approximately 455 square metres in size and was constructed using a steel frame system with a mono-pitched roof, ensuring durability, low maintenance, and modern architectural form.
